Would not recommend at all. Booked in for a Friday to repair my automatic garage door. Wasn't given a time so had to make special arrangements to be at home all day. The owner of this business John Carlo, didn't bother to return my messages. Their office lady was apologetic and re-booked me for Saturday and assured me he would show up. Again, the owner was a no-show and didn't bother to contact me. Totally unreliable. Definitely cannot recommend them.

Was really hoping to support local small business with a kitchen reno but after chasing 4 months for a quote, I finally gave up. It was a shame because Juan sounded very genuine - unfortunately he couldn't deliver.

I have only purchased from POK online and they certainly pack their items well. I love that they stock such a huge selection of giftware - it really is the one stop shop.

This little restaurant is always busy, especially at lunchtime. They have a good menu with inexpensive daily specials. I found the staff very attentive - I dropped my chopstick on the floor and before I knew it, the staff member was at my table with a fresh pair. Thoroughly recommend.

I purchased a fan from The Good Guys eBay store with instore pickup at their Bankstown branch. I took along the order email showing I had paid but this didn't satisfy their store staff. Not only did I have to produce two forms of ID, they took copies to place on their file because they said "how do we know you're who you say you are?"!

I also purchased a battery operated salt and pepper mill. When I got it home and put batteries in it, it immediately started smoking and I'm quite sure a fire would have ensued. I took it back for a refund and was asked whether I had inserted the batteries in the wrong way. No apology from their staff at all.

Excellent value for money and the deep fried chicken wings are more-ish. I wish they would serve them every day and not only on weekends though as they sell out quickly. The staff are super efficient but not overly friendly - they seem to want to get you in and out as soon as possible!

No-one enjoys a visit to the dentist but Dr Yee ensures personal service as well as offering dental hygience advice. All the staff are very friendly and professional and you have something to watch other than the paint on the ceiling while your teeth are being looked at!

I've been here twice. The first time I wasn't impressed that we were asked to move to another table shortly after having been seated. The food is fresh and tasty however the place is just too noisy to think. Everyone is shouting on top of each other. Very hard to have a conversation in here, no matter what time of day/night you go. I'm also not a fan of the dim lighting - I like to be able to see what I'm eating.

The burgers are very tasty - and big - at this cafe. Reasonably priced. Being an avid tea drinker, I noticed the metal teapots they use are very small and does not keep the tea hot - so I do wish they would rectify that.
