Don't shop in the city very often but this week was the exception. Finished our Christmas shopping here in the Myer store and we were amazed at the number of staff in the store and the willingness to be of help. Such a wonderful change having sufficient staff available. What a difference to the shopping experience.

I like Myer as being the best of a bad bunch. Most of the sales people are super friendly, things are overpriced as usual considering the person in China or wherever that made it probably got paid 20 cents, but the sales are really great, especially around change of season times. Not many staff as usual in these places, I think that companies like this don't realize that you have to employ people or there's no-one with money to spend at the shops. Overall I like it much better than comparable department stores, but I'd spend a lot more in there if they went back to the old model of old fashioned service, and brought back things like the haberdashery section.

This store has everything! I love the service i receive when shopping there i feel like a princess. I like the structure of the building with the different levels.

I visited this store yesterday.The store was nice and large and had a good range of brands. Even though this store is not as big as a store in Melbourne, it is still a nice big store. I sometimes had to wait for a little while for a staff member to attend to me but once they did, they were very very friendly and professional but also were good at their jobs. There is a good range of clothes. I had a great time shopping for my daughter who is one, I was happy with the range of shoes and clothes.

awesome clothes especially the ralph lauren ranges. Variety of brands to choose from and you can buy almost anything you need from here.

Friendly helpful staff and good layout and lighting, excellent range of stock. makeup counter staff were great and showed me how to use the products. Shoes were terrific and good handbags to go with them, easy to get around the store and the location is brilliant

Very good customer service skills, always happy to give you a hand. you get great value for the money you pay.There's a wide selection of different areas you can visit which makes it even better if you haven't decided on what your looking for and something surprisingly catches your eye!
