The store is small in comparison to other locations thus the range is limited. However you can often grab good products when on sale. Most of the time we get the menswear when on special.

I purchased a pillow with the assurance that I could return it if it wasn't right. The next day I went in to take it back and was told that they had a strict policy on returning any bedding. I feel misled and annoyed - the pillow was very expensive and I certainly wouldn't have bought it if I had known about this policy. The manager argued that if I had bought a pillow that didn't have zipper packaging then I could have returned it. I expressed how I thought this was unfair to the consumer. After leaving, I also noticed that there was no signage about this alleged policy. I think I'll shop at Sheridan across the road from now on

Every time I go to Myer I find that the service is excellent. The staff don't bug you but are very helpful when asked for assistance. There are some great sales and a good range of products in most areas. I would like to see more books in the store but otherwise am very happy shopping there.
