this is a great shop been many years since i have visited but after reading a great review it has made me remember all the things i have purchased, they have a great range of clothes for the young and the not so young cant wait to go back and do some more shopping and they are also part of the flybys group so that means more points toward my trip

The service is all over the board (in any given visit, I seem to experience the full spectrum of super-helpful, a-little-too-casual and borderline-passive-aggressive), but that really comes with the territory in any large department store with multiple checkout areas.

The range is impressive. The value varies wildly. The stock itself can be fantastic if you take the time to look. It is, in short, a Myer store, and by this point we know what to expect!

Bought a coat here the other day - very little customer service, was not once greeted nor asked if I wanted a hand but the quality of product they sell is exceptional! Mostly pretty pricey, but I guess thats expected.

I had never shopped in myer before as I thought it was too expensive for me, however a friend of mine took me in there and we found the most beautiful cocktail dresses of which I bought a few and am so glad as they are now some of my favourite outfits!

I love Myer, I love their range but the service in the city store is shocking. I run in on my lunch break and you are always kept waiting while the sales are having chats (but that's if you can find them first) so I try not to go there and go to Myer at Carindale even though it is out of my way.

The sign displaying the brand of the clothes are clear which save me lots of time to look for a particular brand. eg. Cue.

The staff there are very friendly and always willing to help. very good service all round large selection of products of which suits all age ranges

Having a Myer card has made me shop at Myer more often as the rewards have been great. Staff can be hit and miss, sometimes very helpful, while others won't go out of their way to help you.

I got a voucher for this store for Christmas. The staff there were so helpful when i went needed assistance, very professional. I did get a sense of 'I'm better then you' kinda thing, but not to much. One of the skirts i did buy however is starting to break which im very disappointed about because it was very expensive
