Nice staff, but when they get busy, you tend to get ignored.

I wanted to buy a home phone (cordless). The sales rep was way to busy to ask if I needed assistance. Maybe because there was not much commission on a cordless phone. I wonder if he would have pounced on me on a large ticketed item.???

Myer is not quite my store.....

I am of the same mind about Myer Brisbane, I have worked in the city since 1999 so deal with Myer at least once a week, I have found the staff to be very rude, and not customer focused at all, they actually followed one of my friends around the perfume department as she looked suspicious, then asked her to leave.

The quality of service at this Myer store really lets it down. The size of the store and the variety of good is fantastic but the rude, snobby staff really let it down

I hate going into this store. I find that the staff are really snobby and rude. They tend to judge people based on how they look rather than an equal customer. I am an educated professional but do not tend to dress that way all the time and am amazed at how they judge me depending on what i wear.
