Great selection of products but very untidy and messy in the Miss Shop section. Customer service could be better as staff seem to think they have better things to do than to help customers.

Very untidy and disorganised racks of clothing in Miss Shop! It was hard to find things, and really messy.

the book section was good, and well sorted though.

The range throughout all departments is satisfactory however it still leaves a lot to be desired, cosmetic departments seem to get a large workout whereas electronics and cds are shunned into a smaller section

Myer has a lot of everything for everyone, but can be pricey when it comes to what they sell. Always wait for the sales, especialy the boxing day one. Its cheap, but you have to get that bright and early to rush for the items.

I went to purchase some towels off a bridal registry and noticed that they had a 30% off sale. With such a great offer, I decided to layby 3 sets of towels for our home. As it was such a great sale, some items were sold out of the different colours (bath sheet, had towel etc). The lovely sales person offered to ring around the othere stores to find the missing pieces of the sets, order them in and give them to us at the sale price (even though the sale ended that day).

I bought a plasma TV at Myers and got the best deal. The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On top of giving me a great price, the delivery is free and you can get 12 months interest free.
