Such a huge centre, can sometimes be quite under-staffed but all staff there have always been so friendly and are really helpful. The store is well set up and they have awesome sales all year round! By far my favourite Myer to shop at!

Like Myer chadstone its a big store and its good in terms of house and kitchen items. Womens shose is good too specialy when on specials.

Myer is beatiful place to shop. But in kids section not enough sales stuff.Also nice designer brands but usually you can't get size you want.

Myer located in Chadstone the fashion Capital is such a beautful place to shop. There are so many levels you could almost get lost! They carry a wide selection of designer brands and have great SALES!!!

Love this store department. A great place to shop, have a coffee with friends, great bargains and specials. Friendly staff, clean and not noisy. I visit this store every week come back for new bargains.

Myer is always a good place to browse many different items all at once and you never leave the place thinking something you wanted wasnt there but i usually go for the perfume section, and test out something before buying. So myer for me is a good perfume store, with great sales staff.

At the moment,I am extremely dissatisfied with Myer Chadstone electrical department. In Feb,I purchase a Teac television. After 1 month the sound completely stopped working. So I took the television back only to be informed that I could not get a refund but the good news was they could replace the missing part.It is now almost June and its been 3months!!I still do not have the television returned as apparently the needed to buy part from overseas,after several phone calls I was informed that it would be ready yesterday.Only to call and discover surprise surprise no televison there,not happy!!

They have good range of goods in the store even better than the city store. Also a good price when the item is on sell. The stuff is quite u helpful and service is quick and reliable. sometimes the racks looks mess and make me confused of the price and dout the quality.

The saleswomen and security guard at Myer, Chadstone had wrongfully accused me of stealing. I had been given the wrong tag. The changerooms were messy, with clothes flung on the floor. When I came back to try on more clothes, they had misplaced the clothes I had left with them. Isn't it funny that when they think people are stealing, they call security and the police, but when a girl was molested by a man in the changerooms last year, where was security to help her?
