I just love Myer. The clothes there for the younger customers are very stylish and there are a lot of sales which I think are great especially when buying presents for others. The shop is very convenient and I love it! Great service too!

Massive, great range of products, however, the service was disappointing and there was no real help available. I did enjoy browsing the place but had no idea where the item i wanted was.

what more can you say about a multi-chain company.
you have stores everywhere and they have so much to offer.
i brought shoes in goldcoast, they didnt match with the dress i thought while purchasing, A FULL REFUND!!!!
how much more reliable can you find out there?

An old store with old stock. Bought some body cream (the same brand and fragrance I always buy) and it smelt different, not sure if it was off or just old. Second time this has happened.

Myer usually has a good variety of reasonable quality items. Staff are usually hard to come by. Myer at Liverpool does not have as much variety as stores in Parramatta or Castle Towers.

verall presentation of the store was good but it was hard to find staff to help. had good sales found some great items at good prices. also used my myer one card wjhich is a great rewards programme to reward their loyal customers

I find this Myer store old and out-dated. The stock appears to be packed in, making it difficult to enjoy shopping there.I was there only 4 weeks ago and Icould not complain about the service as there was none- the staff appeared to be too busy having their own conversations to worry about the potential customer.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Myers. i love the range of different products. The sales are always good. The service is excellent. I like buying toys for my children from the Myers range of toys in their department store.

The last time i visited Myer wasn't as nice as expected the only part that lacked in was the younger womens clothing section. I must take into account that wheneva i go it is always a Thurs night but there is always clothes on the ground n things just shoved everywhere i do love the clothes but please clean up!
