A really great meal and a great venue for a group of friends to go for a fun night out. I thoroughly enjoyed the part of the show where we got to sing along and join in. A great introduction to German food and beer.

I found the restaurant very busy yet the staff were attentive and did a good job. The food was OK but rather over priced for what it was. I guess the menu just did not appeal to me very much.

We stayed there last year and it was not too good but this time they upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic. The staff could not do enough for us and breakfast was awesome. Loved the late check out and the LCD screen in the spa bath. Even the tea and coffee provided were a cut above the rest.

The Basement is a great venue. A variety of shows that cater to most tastes-love how close we get to sit to the stage. A good menu if you choose to have dinner there. A very reasonable package for dinner and a show and the wine is not too over priced.

A very pleasant dining experience. A great variety of choices on the menu. A bottle shop is across the road which is handy as it is a BYO restaurant. A little crowded but to be expected in the city. Decor not great but the food is.

I find this Myer store old and out-dated. The stock appears to be packed in, making it difficult to enjoy shopping there.I was there only 4 weeks ago and Icould not complain about the service as there was none- the staff appeared to be too busy having their own conversations to worry about the potential customer.

While the restaurant is not much to look at, it is clean and serves fantastic food.The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is plenty of parking and having a bottle shop a couple of shops away is great for a BYO restaurant.

After several quotes for my wedding flowers I went in there and they gave me the best price- I actually saved over $300. My flowers were beautiful and were just the way I wanted them. With the saving I got the shop to have my flower dried and framed where they now sit on my wall and I can enjoy them every day.

Good Chinese meal. Fast friendly service. Security there every night which makes us feel safe. A great little country club to visit for a quite drink and meal when passing through.

Without a word of a lie, every time we have been there something goes wrong. The shake machine isn't working or there is a wait for something but the worst is how they constantly get the order wrong so then we have to go back. That is if we can be bothered, now we do not even bother going there.
