my experience for myer is one of the worst i have ever been to in nsw, i travel around alot and the customer service is herrendous, the store manager was so rude, has a major attitude problem and would rather give her staff a conversation then put through a sale. she needs to get a new attitude, they should find better more professional and nice customer service. she needs experience and training on how to manage the store, and customer service skills also the way she speaks to her staff was very abrupt. she made my shopping experience, the worst i walked away because of how rude she was

Have shopped here a heaps over the years, I really hate going to Macquarie only go if I have to. I find this shopping centre too scattered and little parents rooms.

The myer store is a good size, lots of sales and mid season sales, Staff in the ladies wear department are young and have no idea of stock. Don't recall ever having great service in ladies wear. Last time I bought bras I needed fitting assistance and rang the buzzer heaps of times before anyone showed up.

I like going in here to see what they have in terms of clothing and electrical.
They generally have staff that are willing to help you and give you the time of day.
Having said that, it can be hard to find them, particularly in the shoes corner.
I once was told to come back in an hour because the staff were out to lunch and nobody else could help in the meantime.
Shoe prices are just OK, but I can't complain with Julius Marlow being on offer.
Would like better customer service at any time I waltz in.

I love Myer and am a regular Myer shopper and Myer1 Customer. Myer ahs great products of a high quality and usually great service. However, I have been let down by this Particular Myer store. I feel as though it is not up to the same standard as other Myer stores in relation to service and presentation. I often shop at Myer in other places, even though macquarie is the closest to me.

I go to Myers for quality when I can spend more. The service is good as I like to look first with no one to bother me and then ask for help if I need it. A negative experience though I did buy a vaccuum cleaner that I was told was good for me and it wasn't up to scratch.

The staff here are uptight but efficient. The majority of items here are pricey unless they are on sale. The quality is good.

Skincare and cosmetics department - unable to find consultant for queries for some brands. Service provided is not fantastic, if you are unsure what product suits you best.

I bought a digital set top box from Myer at Macquarie Centre North Ryde and it after a few months it became defective so I had to return it to get another one. The staff were very helpful and it was absolutely no problem for me in doing that. I was impressed.

A little on the pricey end, but I love popping over here and spending my lunch break here. The perfume range is to die for and they usually have some good sale items. I've been able to purchase a beautiful bikini for the upcoming summer!

I am regular shopper at this Myer shop as it is close to home, the overall experience was somewhat reasonable. The prices ranges from low to high, it is always a good time to shop when Myers have mid season sale or other sale otherwise like other shop, you shop there because of convenient. The other improvement that I'd suggest is the service and the shop decoration and setting, some part are nicely decorated like the crockery and cutlery section other places look like a run down.
