Overall the experience is quite good. However, the ability to find appropriate staff for help can be quite hard sometimes

Good customer service, when someone is at hand. Large store and has everything you need in one store. It is a little bit expensive, but that's what it is when it is good quality.

I find it very handy to shop at Myer. You can get all the best brands there. I love Sale time. I have a Myer One card and I love getting gift cards as a reward for shopping there.

It is a great store. The prices are a bit high though. We can find everything in the same store which is good. High quality and service. Friendly staff

i would prefer to say that myer could be a one stop shop because of variety of different product, even though that is a bit expensive but good quality, i love to shop there

I love this myer and have been shopping there fore over six years. The service is excellent however this myers DOES NOT have no where near as many products especially in the cosmetics department as bondi or chatswood, however the sales are always great, I love the myer one rewards you get and the store is not massively big so you can find the main items without being overwhelmed.

Staff is extremely friendly, they all try to help every way possible. Service is slow due to the lack of staff. Products are some what limited as they do not carry the full range like the bigger Myer stores. Having said that the displays are really nice, store is quite tidy. They just need more staff on the floor to answer questions and behind the counter.

always pleasant but short on staff especially around the womens shoe department i can never find a staff member to help me. Sometimes their "Sales" are simply old ragged stock that you would not ordinary buy but generally ok

I visited the store to purchase a kitchen food processor. I didn't have to wait long for assistance and the salesperson was able to provide me with relevant information about the available products and make a recommendation based on my needs.

Approximate cost: $299
