I tried to contact Myer Galleria today but was not successful. I wanted kitchen utensils but after going through the call system there was no way I could get to talk to anyone for assistance. None of the department options offered to send me to reception.

Excellent variety of products meeting a range of household, fashion, children's and make-up demands. Can be VERRRRY expensive unfortunately, though product and service quality is usually of a reasonable standard.

Very unhappy. I went to Myers Morley to buy a new shaver. Settled on a Remington F5790.
When I got home, I noticed the packaging had been tampered with as it was all taped up and the box was ripped. Took the shaver out and my heart sunk, it had hair dust in the shaver, indicating it was a return and had certainly been used. I live a long way from this store so I won't be returning it. But I will certainly never shop at Myers again if this is their practice. Selling used shavers as brand new, not at all happy. I should have been told by the lady that sold it to me, that it had already been used and returned. I would never have bought it....

Myer is a place where you can find what you need everytime. It can be a bit pricey, but for that you get great service and quality products in most cases.

Went looking for sporting clothing for my partner and they only had one corner for sporting clothes, could not find any staff member to help us and when we did, they were distracted and not interested in us. They did not have what we were looking for which was disappointing.

Approximate cost: $100

Ive always loved Myer, esp Miss Shop, but recently the customer service and staff are quite unfriendly and hold a little superiority over you! But the clothes on the other hand are quite good, some are quality and only some are a little scabby, you need to look around, like in any other shop, to find something that will last a little longer than a year. Another down fall is that they are expensive, very expensive (to me anyway).

I have been to this myer store a few times in the last few months. Customer service staff are always very friendly, helpful and help me buy something that looks and feels great. Also they have been running soome amazing sales lately
