Very poor customer service when you need it. We have had an outage now for 4 days and it will continue into tomorrow and they do not care. They told us it would be fixed by 7 pm tonight and it is now after 8pm and still no signal. It sucks because we do not yet have free-to-air hooked up so we have been forced to watch dvds every night for the last 4 nights.

Overall, I can't recommend foxtel at all. It too is overly expensive for what you get and most of it is repeat after bloody repeat.

EDIT - 7 days now and still no foxtel, think before signing up for this shit!

Very unhappy. I went to Myers Morley to buy a new shaver. Settled on a Remington F5790.
When I got home, I noticed the packaging had been tampered with as it was all taped up and the box was ripped. Took the shaver out and my heart sunk, it had hair dust in the shaver, indicating it was a return and had certainly been used. I live a long way from this store so I won't be returning it. But I will certainly never shop at Myers again if this is their practice. Selling used shavers as brand new, not at all happy. I should have been told by the lady that sold it to me, that it had already been used and returned. I would never have bought it....

Purchased a bargain here. A watch that was only 40 dollars on special despite a RRP of $100.
Service was great when I could catch one of the girls to assist me but they were seriously under-staffed and too many customers meant I had to wait some time.
I had to have links taken out of the watch and that meant coming back and playing the waiting game again. Its a shame as the employee serving me was fantastic to deal with, It was just hard to get that service in the first place. Please Angus, take the burdon off them and employ more people to work the tills on your busiest day. Just one more girl will make a big difference.

I've been with Optus, 3, Vivid Wireless and Vodaphone for Wireless Broadband and they have all let me down with a network that just wasn't reliable enough.
I recently signed up with Telstra at the Hillarys store and I have to say that I was very very impressed. Zoe was the sales girl who served me and she was one of the best salespeople that I have ever dealt with. She explained every-thing clearly and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't after. She even went as far as to put the sim card into my new ultimate modem without me asking her to and set it up so all I had to do was take it home and connect to the net. I have to say too that I am loving the speeds I am getting with Telstra and the reliability is very solid. I've got a good feeling this time I am going to be happy.
The reason why I am giving them a 4 out of 5 for service is because technical support is not so great. They kept putting me through to Bigpond instead of Telstra and all i wanted was my account number. In the end, I gave up but I managed to contact a good sale-rep on Whirlpool forums who gave me the info I needed.

For the record, these are the experiences I have had with the competition.

Optus - The speeds are great when its working but the network is just too unreliable some of the time.
Vodaphone - As above but a little bit worse. Some nights I couldnt connect at all.
Vivid - They were great for web surfing but little else. I found that Steam and Youtube were slow with them,
3 - Great to begin with but slowly got worse over time.

I've been here quite often and find them to be a generally very good service. Customer service is often fantastic and if you pay cash, you can save some money but not quite as much as I would like. For example, My most recent purchase was a 500 GB external WD hard-drive and I only saved 4 bucks when I paid cash for it.

Only been here once but it has left an impression that may last a lifetime!
The food was extremely fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were generous and Toohey's Extra Dry was on special for 3 bucks a pop. The service was very impressive as one of the waiters came back often to ask us if we needed anything. Simply one of the finest chinese restaurants in Perth and value was amazing!

I much prefer to come here rather than Coles in Beldon. The milk is always cheaper and the shop is much easier to navigate due to being smaller and well planned out. Occasionally some good specials and great hours that suit me fine.
Service is usually always friendly and the shop gives me a good vibe, its a pleasure to come to.

I don't go out of my way to give a store a poor rating as I do believe in second chances. When I was first served up raw chicken from here ( curry chicken & rice ) I decided not to submit a review and to give them another go later on. However, 6 months later I have tried them again and the same dish. Once again, the chicken served up was literally raw inside, very dark pink.
To say I was disgusted was an understatement.
Both of my experiences have been on a sunday so I only hope that during the week they do use another chef who can actually cook chicken properly! Do they even know how dangerous it is to serve up chicken raw? Only one of my six chicken pieces was cooked properly and that was the smallest one.
Overall, extremely disappointing and not to mention dangerous. I've taken action to hopefully stop them from doing it again and hopefully save someone's health or life in the process.

Absolutely amazing! Where Ebay will charge you listing fees if you don't even manage to sell your item, Oztion will only charge you if you manage to sell your item and they give you lots of freebies in their free listing options such as multiple pictures, Ebay charges for some of the things that Oztion give you for free making them the ideal place to sell stuff. No sell, no pay and you can't beat that! So glad I discovered Oztion as I do sell rare video games that don't always sell, leaving me with no fees to pay, unlike ebay.
Also Oztion makes it so that sellers have to give you realistic shipping charges. Ebay on the other hand allows sellers to have a monopoly on how much they charge for shipping and is extremely frustrating for all shoppers as most sellers do charge way too much for shipping.

Another great thing about Oztion is the fact you don't need a bloody paypal account to collect or to make a payment. This too saves money and gives greater flexibility if you prefer money orders or straight up bank deposits not done through a third party.

While its true that Ebay still has more in the way of items for sale, thats because they have been around alot longer. According to Wiki, Oztion has only been around for close to 5 years now and already have over 400,000 aussie members. So yes, they're growing very fast and lets hope they can force Ebay to be more competitive with the fees and charges.

Good family owned store with fairly good prices. They want far too much for some n64 games but overall prices are good but nowhere as cheap as ebay. Then again, they do have overhead costs ( rent, wages, etc) and you get your game immediately. Love the fact they do retro games too and take it seriously. Always good to see a videogames store that is not another EB/Game clone. You often see hard to find games here.
