It was extremely nice of them to refund me $206.67 for the GCODE INSTANT VIDEO PROGRAMMER on Monday 24th May 2021, which I bought 27 years ago since I don't have a VCR anymore.

Last Wednesday I visited Myer and received impeccable service from Jenny in Ladies wear.
I had little time to purchase a dress for a Ball the next day.
I found 2 x Wayne Cooper brand dresses.
Jenny was kind enough to check other Myer stores for stock and placed items on hold so I could purchase.
To my surprise Myer had 25% off womens fashion.
So I decided to keep both. Wear one to Thursday nights Ball and the other to Saturday nights party.
Myer I was ver satisfied with your service, ladies fashion and price.

I had been going to this store for years and it is rare to find sales people to help customers at this store particularly in the women's apparel department. I happened to spot a lone attendant finishing up transactions with another customer, so I took the opportunity to pay for something. The attendant said goodbye to the customer and proceeded to walk off, obviously pretending not to have seen me. So I stopped her with a loud "excuse me? Could I pay for this?" To which her reply was, mid step, "I have to go to a phone conference now!" and walked off. No offer of calling other staff? What is your job there? To occasionally serve customers in between phone conferences??
Excuse me for expecting customer service! You are far too important to be serving me!
I walked out not making any purchases and will never go back to that particular store. Terrible staff training of staff.

It's a good sized department store and most of the time they have good sales which makes it worthwhile to shop at.

Customer service can be slow at times with not enough staff to assist you with your enquiry.
At the gift registry department, service was extremely slow and it was frustrating to wait about 15 minutes to be served.

Otherwise most staff members are friendly and helpful, especially in the homewares department

You know the quality of the products are always high, although can be pricey. Some staff members are a bit snobby and service is quite slow.

this myer store is wel stocked with a large range of good - the staff are not abundant and often its very difficult to find anyone to help you - the store is easily accessed and centrally located in the centre

There are never enough staff members to assist everyone.
I also think they should have the 'Price Check' points located through out the store so your able to check prices with out having to wait for 15 minutes for assistance.

Its difficult to find someone to help you to be served. Prices are abit expenisive. They have many products that please me with clothes, shoes and electronic equptment.

The show room has a lot of varieties and one would get mad which one to choose . all the goods are of high quality . They are worth the amount that are being paid by the customers .

went shopping at myer as i like a big store for the protection if needeing to return goods. wanted to buy 3 items form 3 departments in the store. firstly i was after perfume and could not get served at the chanel counter and when staff from another counter came over they couldnt work the register and said i would have to come back. then i went to the basque womens wear to find no staff and no staff on the fall could help because they were not familiar with basque clothes so no sale again. my 3rd attempt was at the mens wear depatment and surprise surprise no staff to help with sizing. so i went home money in my purse ready to spend anywhere but myer. good luck to any one if you can get help there
