I had been going to this store for years and it is rare to find sales people to help customers at this store particularly in the women's apparel department. I happened to spot a lone attendant finishing up transactions with another customer, so I took the opportunity to pay for something. The attendant said goodbye to the customer and proceeded to walk off, obviously pretending not to have seen me. So I stopped her with a loud "excuse me? Could I pay for this?" To which her reply was, mid step, "I have to go to a phone conference now!" and walked off. No offer of calling other staff? What is your job there? To occasionally serve customers in between phone conferences??
Excuse me for expecting customer service! You are far too important to be serving me!
I walked out not making any purchases and will never go back to that particular store. Terrible staff training of staff.

Excellent work and knowledgeable courteous service. Prior warning before turning up a bit late on the day. Their pricing is very competitive. I was really shocked at how the price varies between different companies. Well worth getting a quote from Mark.
I will definitely call on him for future work.
