I like Myer but today I had so much trouble to find an assistant so that I could pay for an item from the toy section. Looks as though one stressed assistant was looking after quite a few departments. I find this unreasonable. Of interest was that the item I purchased was 5 cents less than the price of the same out of stock item at Target.

I recently purchased some underwear from Myer Marion. The shop assistant was approachable, friendly, and extremely helpful - exactly what is needed, especially buying underwear! She knew the product range well and offered alternatives should I have been looking for something within a similar range.
Will definitely return.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. I can usually find what I am looking for. An especially wide range of home related items and clothing.

verry friendly staff in all areas of the shop. They were realy helpfull with shoe fittings and the makeup girls/ladies were really nice and polite and patient with the needs of my teenage girls thankyou for a great shop till we dropped it was nice all round

i love myers but they are the higher price range but they have a good selection of ladies clothing and they have review clothing which is beautifull and classy

not that fast on offering help but once you have their attention received good service, room for improvement but overall a good shopping experience

I've been several times to the perfume section of myer at Marion and I find the sales staff very intrusive and pushy. In a 20 minute visit there I counted 6 different sales staff coming up to me and asking me for help when I had already told them that I needed no help.

not enough staff on and those that were on were in no hurry to help, dissapointed, although this was just in one department that i made a purchase, so cant comment on the whole store.
on a positive note myer have some great bargains if ur there at the right time .

The item we bought was allegedly on sale after Christmas and a few days later it was $20 cheaper. They would not do anything about it, not a very happy customer

Easy and enjoyable. They had a large selection of mens cloths, good brands and the prices were acceptable. I go to myres for quality and i'm prepared to pay for it.
