Hi. I am very disappointed with the seller I am currently embroiled with. I misread instructions for entering a promotion code and upon realizing that the transaction had gone through IMMEDIATELY sent through a cancellation request. The seller has refused to cancel the order. Had they done so I would have gone ahead and resubmitted the purchase and entered the 20% discount code which was a considerable saving to me. I find there practices totally abhorrent and lacking in all customer and consumer services. Claiming the system is totally automated and they cannot cancel orders, even when the transaction was done late at night is a poor excuse for good business management

Brought an office chair from their eBay store. Tried to assembly it but couldn’t because screw holes were not aligned. Returned product for replacement. The replacement chair that came was a different brand to what I originally ordered and was also faulty - back rest and seat cushion did not match. Returned again and requested a refund. They forced me to accept a store credit. Avoid!! Now have to go to consumer affairs for a fair hearing.

Woeful. Scammers.
My item arrived damaged in a sealed yet undamaged box - through Kogan
IT LITERALLYBHAD HOLES AND RIPS IN THE ITEM
It took over two months to get information from them on how to return; then they refused to provide a refund

I was told initially to keep the faulty, damaged item as it was still functional
No refund! Just suck it up basically
Say what?!
I paid for a new item, not a factory second yet this company thinks it’s ok and then make returns physically impossible so you are forced to keep the goods without refund or exchange

Despite many many photos sent, and near-daily messages, I still never received return information until two months later - which they wanted me to cover courier costs to get the item to an Australian post office to deliver an oversized heavy item to them.

I still haven’t been refunded and had to now refer the matter to department fair trading to get some resolution

cheap quality & when you want to replace the cheap parts they sting you for the replacement parts for obscene money! I spent $250 on a trampoline & have now spent $200 on a replacement net, rods & rod connector .
The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on either.
Take my advice, never buy from these cowboys.

I wish I had read these reviews before i purchased anything from these people. they do not want to honor warranty with a ridiculous excuse. Now i will have to go to the trouble of pursuing issue legally. They probably think most wont bother, but i will!

Approximate cost: $600.

Bought two kids 'Bullet' electric scooters. Faulty welding on one - sent back immediately. The other scooter's belt broke after a few uses on flat ground. The backs of the scooters are so dangerously sharp they cut an apple in half with ease. I've got a video of the same...imagine how the kids legs could end up in a fall. They only refunded me for one, the other got 'lost' in their warehouse once returned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Purchased dryer that came with shoddy AF brackets that fell off wall after one use, nearly falling onto 9 mths pregnant wife below, instead crushing my washing machine and leaving a dryer size hole in laundry wall.

Customer service advised that would definitely provide full refund and would organize courier to pick up.

Then received constant phone calls first thing each morning hassling us for more photos showing damage. No actual specification as to what these photos needed to show. In the end had to hang up as was just completely inappropriate.

Now received email advising that because the dryer still works fine (as if you're going to take that chance after it's fallen 1.5m off a wall whilst in use), they will deduct courier costs from full refund which was never specified during numerous conversations.

Referred to NSW Fair Trading, also trade as AGR Machinery, which if you google brings about plenty of poor reviews and similar experiences. Avoid.

Approximate cost: $220

DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS, we bought a $450 generator that lasted 3 months they said it was overused then a few weeks later they said it was not maintained and their last epiphany was it's only good for 300 hrs per year all of which void your pretend warranty. then they offered to fix it for $184
avoid this business they do not honour their warranty
and customer service are arrogant and rude

Do not buy from these guys. Totally unreliable. Terrible service and terrible communication.
They lied and then ignored what they had told me in an email.

I was looking for a massage table that was light weight so i could easily transport it to and from clients houses after working my day job. I bought one mytopia a few week ago great value for money and very pleased with the quality.
