we left our family dog here for 3 weeks who was previously in excellent health.on getting him back we discovered problems which the medical staff said would have been very noticeable for 6-10 days! This was not noticed by the kennel even though they had 'taken personal care' of the dog including bathing him etc. etc.. management would not apologize, not even acknowledge that there were any problems with the dog at all - apparently dog is in excellent 'physical condition' and developed problems overnite!! kennel insisted on pre-payment in advance (naturally) and provided this sort of service! Extremely disappointed..strongly recommend you avoid.
