The customer experience at NATALINA for Hair and Beauty- Very unpleasant place to walk in. I had an appointment today at 12.30 pm for a so called massage. I was 5 mins late and in a very inappropriate, unprofessional tone I was told to turn off my phone as I am already late. This female individual took me upstairs and she told me in a tone that I thought - next she is going to give me a hiding, that is not only that I am late but I already missed an appointment (for the record - actually she was running late and FORTUNATELY I also had unexpected work matters that could not have been delayed at that time and so had to cancel the appointment ) AND NOW SHE IS NOT HAPPY because she has family commitments. She did not accept my apologies and sadly, for her, she forgot I was a customer not her doormat. I refused to stay any minute longer into that place. This masseuse or whatever she is, obviously is clueless about nurturing relationships with her customers, which is a crucial part of growing a successful business. I believe today she significantly influenced the word of mouth about Natalina hairdresser business in a very negative way.

I have had an amazing time every single time I here been here, either for myself or my children to get their hair cut, the customer service is outstanding, all of the girls are always happy and make you feel very comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the hair cuts, excellent.
