I called up and waited for 20 minutes to speak to someone about closing my Credit Card account, the waiting wasn't fun. But once I reached someone they were fairly helpful though a little abrupt. I wouldn't recommend using this service unless you had to. In the end I thought it was better to go into the local bank and chat to a person face to face. Much better experience.

Rang my NAB Branch to inquire about a loan. The call was automatically diverted to a call centre. Was a very lengthy process to identify myself so that I could be put through to a "loan specialist". Finally spoke to a "loan specialist" provided all information requested - appointment made to follow up with loan application the next day. Next morning received an email to say he had cancelled appointment as the matter was too complex to do with the call centre ands that I would need to speak with a branch.
