Always annoying to have to use this service from any provider. NAB is fairly good we have been banking with them for a long time so are pretty used to the commands. User friendly

I have had cause twice over the last month, to call NAB's call centre. One of these times was because money that was transferred from one NAB account which is a regular payer into our account, was not showing in our account after two working days.

The guy I spoke to was actually quite short with me. I explained that this transfer was a fortnightly one and has been regularly hitting out account immediately after transfer from the other account, and his response was pretty much "Oh well, it can take up to three days".

I was unimpressed to say the least. There was no attempt at problem solving on his part,

overall they answered the phone fast but seemed very abrupt when asking for help, was told alot of things can be done online and told to try online, needing to speak to a person is better but they seemed not interested

i have been with a lot of banks and find that when it comes to their phone service it depends on who picks up the phone on the other end as to what kind of service you get i find nab to be pretty helpful and quick to answer unlike some that leave you on hold for a while, and 9 times out of 10 my problem has been resolved

Have had good and bad experiences, I think it depends on who answers your call or takes your enquiry.

I have had staff members who go out of their way to assist you, while others are only too happy to pass you on to someone else. Overall customer service could be improved just by listening and confirming what customers want, and if you don't have a solution tell the customer and look for assistance, don't pretend you know what your doing and make it worst.

In general, they are overwhelmingly rude and unpunctual. They haven't called back the date/time they promised. I have felt they really don't like their works.
To call and talk with them was the most hilarious experience in my life.

Had numerous unexplained transactions on my account and rung them to ask for details on them. The staff member was extremely polite, friendly and helpful and was Australian based!

they are rude and they sometimes have no manners ... so i'm not happy with them one bit and they sometimes dont get the idea that people work

I Waited in line for approx 40min to get to a teller, only for them to tell me that they couldn't help me and i was in the wrong line. All i wanted to know was sign up for a credit card. In the end i finally signed up for one.

The customer service was okay from my view. They willingly to help you as much as they can accordingly to service. I do think the time wait for the operator was quite long
