Thank you both for your efficient and obliging service in arranging a quotation for a valuation on our home followed by a detailed written report. It was comforting to know that both of you were keen to help and not not confuse us with bureaucratic regulations.

We were both impressed with the detailed inspection you carried out Max and also, how you stressed that any expense incurred in undertaking renovations would not necessarily increase the value of the property because of the age of the house.
