We used National Tiles recently for our wet areas, and I must say that I was reluctant, initially, because of the awful voiceover ads they have that everyone imitates. HOWEVER - the place is great. Friendly, helpful staff who organised everything for us! Very happy customers.

We purchased some of their sale tiles for our business about a month ago. If you ignore the fact that they have the most annoying ads on Aussie TV and radio and go along to the store, you'll be surprisingly impressed. Everything you could possibly need in floor coverings under one roof, and friendly, helpful staff who listen to your needs and are not pushy.

We purchased all our flooring, bathroom & kitchen tiles from National Tiles. We found that they had a really good range and the staff were really knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they made an error with one of our tiles but they handled it perfectly and allowed us to choose the solution that we were happy with. Love our tiles and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The staff member was helpful and showed us a whole range of tiles for our bath room They have other flooring products too as well as grouts. We found their prices very competitive.
