Had to do work on the house , and needed to get the right advice went to National Tiles micham and they helped with the work for my bathroom and toliet , and kitchan all in one go and they gave me right advise no messing around and came out when they said to help me even more , thanks
This particular branch used to be in Bayswater and they were great. I don't know what happened in the move to Mitcham, but the service is appalling! They are lazy, unhelpful, unfriendly... they make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them.
...i believe this was due to the fact that this store is brand new and the staff are under training. As a customer of National Tiles in Mitcham i have delt with them on many occassions and as a business owner myself i understand that BRAND NEW locations and teams take time to adjust and perfect the process.
Having said all this some of the other showrooms in Melbourne dont even come close to the presentation and large range we saw their in the gallery type displays. This showroom by far is one of the BEST in Melbourne. All problems can be sorted out if people learn to understand and communicate!!! I will be working with National Tiles again on my future projects.
