I love this company they’ve helped me launch the branding of my own candle company, I am a small business owner and they treat me like I spend millions haha plus the customer service team is great, when I go into the showroom Rita greets me by name. The fragrances are out of this world, there’s HUNDREDs to choose from and every month I can’t wait to see what’s new & price, you can’t beat these guys on price! Delivery is always quick for me but I live in metro Sydney so I mostly prefer to pop into the showroom. I would recommend these guys, I’ve never had a problem.

Terrible to deal with. Ask a question and get told to look at the information on the page which didn't provide the answer. Also ridiculous to have to pay two shipping charges when they have the stock in different warehouses (ALSO DODGY as canceled the order and re-enter and suddenly the product was in a different warehouse. Due to this they have lost my business and I was ordering a couple of hundred each month.

My new favourite candle place! Me and my girlfriend come here from time to time to buy candle supplies and oils and it's always so fun. Great prices on everything too. I advise you to have a game plan on what you want to get before you go in, it's a large warehouse and it can be overwhelming, you can forget things, it's very stressful lol.
Customer service is okay, but the people working in the warehouse could be nicer and more welcoming.

Have used this company so many times before and recently moving to Victoria I thought I would come by the warehouse , was there for 40 min & not once did either of the ladies come and offer assistance, even went to counter twice and was ignored both times. Had a cart on the order page worth $240 - but ended up leaving , wasn't made to feel welcome or any help provided. What a disappointment. Will be endeavoring to find a new supplier after this disgraceful lack of service.

Great little shop, with a huge warehouse that has almost everything you need. I tend to buy soap making items and candle fragrances because the soap fragrances are out of stock a lot. However, the range that candle fragrances come in is huge, there is so many to choose from, just gotta get the skin safe ones.

Great range of glassware at super great prices.. I guess that's why everything is out of stock for a very very long time. I feel for those small businesses that rely on them for their supply if they have a branding. As a hobby person, I still find it frustrating that they are out of stock for so long.

I've been purchasing fragrance oil and wax supplies online from Natural Candle Supply for (roughly) 2 years now and while there's not really been any need to communicate with them other than placing orders (because there's never been any problems), I feel they deserve to be commended for their excellent service and prices.

The one time I had a question about a particular wax, they responded promptly and professionally.

It's easy to overlook companies who consistently provide such a smooth service that their efforts can be taken for granted, and I'd like to remedy that.

Shopping online with Natural Candle Supply has always been a smooth and fluid experience for me.

There are a few other, large, main suppliers of fragrance oils in Australia, but in my personal experience and opinion, few come close to Natural Candle Supply for competitive pricing and superior fragrance quality.

I also love that the majority of their fragrances are skin-safe and can be used in many skin and hair care formulations, which is the main reason I purchase fragrances from them.

One of the biggest selling points for me is their pricing for sizes. Where they might sell, say, 520ml of a particular fragrance oil for $28.00 (just as an example), another company sells an unpleasant imitation of the same fragrance and charges the same price for just 100ml (again, bear in mind, that's just an example of pricing/sizing differences).

This is an enormous factor for me when purchasing fragrances because I'm a one-woman business, formulating on a small scale while building a business out of my own pocket (no loans!) - the prices have to be reasonable and the fragrances must not only be excellent quality, but skin safe.

I've purchased skin safe fragrance oils from a few other Aussie companies in the past, but none of them were satisfactory in terms of quality and pricing.

The reason for only 4/5 stars for my 'Overall' rating?

It's simply this...:

...if there's one thing I find frustrating at times, it's that some of their items are often 'out of stock' and can seem to take quite a while before being re-stocked.

However, they have such a large range to choose from that if they're out of one item, I can generally, although not always, find something else in stock that's similar.

If not for that, I'd have given them 5 stars, but I remain their customer for life.
