Scam possum removal. Do not hire them..

I called naturalpestcontrolmelbourne.com.au to have a possum removed from my roof. I booked the job and a representative came out later that day. He inspected the roof and said there were possums there. However, he didnt seem to know what he was doing and had trouble using a ladder. He then placed a cage in the roof and said that within a few days the possum would enter and be trapped. When this occurred, we were to call this special contact number anytime and they would remove the possum immediately. He also tried to tell me that I would need 2 possum cages and the cost would be $800. I said 'no way'.
He then requested $450 EFT. The whole set up seemed strange but I paid anyway. He gave me a receipt under the business name 'Marks Maintenance' ABN 32 607 932 098. I also took a photo of his car registration.
After he left I read a number of online reviews stating that the operation was a scam and that if you call the special contact number to get the possum removed, it just goes to voicemail and there is no reply. I tried that number to call for them to pick up the cage, the call went to an overseas call centre. I asked the man which company I had called but he would not tell me. I ask for the possum cage to be collected. He didn’t get any of my details, put me on hold for 5 minutes, then hung up. I tried again and the same thing happened. The third time someone told me they could not help me.
I have been scammed out of $450.

Scammers. Do not book them. They charged me double the quoted price ($600!) and the wasps were back within a week. I called their head office 4 times and they kept telling me someone would call me back. No body did. Reporting them to the ACCC. Do not trust these guys. Straight-up liars.

We had a major ant infestation down the side of our house and they particularly liked the left-over cat food our cat leaves in the laundry. We called Natural Pest Control (they use all Natural pesticides) and whilst we did get off to a bad start with their guy calling in sick on the first day, they did come the next day and do the job.
