I was put on to Navona by a friend some years ago, and I have not gone elsewhere since. They are amazingly friendly, and prepared to put in the extra mile to help you achieve the look you are after - where other salons had told me there was no way to bleach out all the colour in my hair, the guys at Navona not only managed it but did so without turning my hair to straw! They provide beverages for your enjoyment, and best of all, have massage chairs for when you have your hair washed :-)
