Caution. This builder is a con. We are having to spend more than the contract itself to redo the defective work that this builder did. This was a simple deck build and this builder can't even put decking down correctly. We are having to remove and repurchase new decking as the builder completely ruined it. He also installed the wrong roof and caused major water damages to the inside of our property. The case is with QBCC but as they just delay everything we will end up paying for it ourselves.

Why 5? I highly recommend Neis Construction Pty Ltd - Fritz deserves a medal of respect as a true person and a great builder/renovator in building construction industries. He finished his jobs with high standard. I salute you Fritz, keep up the good work.
