Took the kids here and stayed one night. Our room was clean and spacious, and had a few stairs as you enter. The kids thought that was fun. Heated indoor swimming pool is great so you can use any time of the year. Walked around the wetlands, was relaxing. The receptionist also offered us a couple of board games, which we had fun playing before bed. There's other things to do as well but we didn't have time.

We have stayed here several times. It is located at Boneo, about 5 or 6 kms out from Port Phillip Bay and Rosebud, on the Mornington Peninsula.
This is a large resort, with golf course, undercover tennis courts, undercover heated pool, games room, gym, lake with canoes, etc. A good family resort, with plenty of room and easily accessible to all the Mornington Peninsula attractions.
We have stayed in a 2-person studio apartment, and both one level (4-person) and split-level (6-person) apartments with our family, and friends.
All have been very nice, plenty of room, clean and maintained to a good standard. Last time we stayed our unit was located on the highest level, up the hill, looking north, with a nice view toward Arthurs Seat about 5kms away.
There is also a bistro and cafe on site, nice spot for a light meal or coffee overlooking the pool area.
