After not using an old laptop for 4 years I couldn't get into it. I am a computer "idiot". So off to Nerdcore Computers. Nick was great. Professional, very easy to deal with. Said the computer would be ready in a few hours and it was. Explained things to me.

I recently asked Nick to create for me a new gaming PC. The one he organized is excellent: 13th Gen i9 processor, 128GB system RAM, 24GB GeForce RTX4090 video card, huge storage capacity, 2 4k monitors, WIN 11 Pro. The whole process was professionally handled in a week. I can't recommend nerdcore and Nick enough.

I called Nick to organize a new pc build. Some of the parts I requested were difficult to source, and due to their size and power also required special considerations re: case size and cooling. Nick handled everything superbly, was responsive on the phone, via SMS, and quickly responds to emails. A [very minor] hiccup in the process was handled professionally, and altogether I could not have hoped for a better customer experience.
This is the second custom pc Nick has built for me, and it certainly won't be the last.

I had a major loss of data on my crashed hard disk. I had several IT advisers saying it would be difficult and therefore expensive and possibly impossible to retrieve my data.

My laptop battery suddenly died, I saw Nick on Saturday, he said he could have the replacement on Tuesday. The installation and service completed as promised and I had my laptop back on Tuesday afternoon. I was very impressed with his professionalism and rapid service, thank you.
