I have been trying to get a reply from Netgear since February & it has gone from Support Expert to Support Expert with no success because if there is no activity for 7 days your case is closed. Now they answer you tell you to wait for a reply & when 7 days of waiting is up your case is closed, so don't get sick or go to hospital or loose your connection for 7 days or you have to start over again.
