I am disabled & on my first visit to my doctors new premises, I was a bit exhausted as it was a hot day & I traveled by bus from Woy Woy to get there. before I sat down a staff member noticed me, came over checked I was ok & got me a glass of water, which helped. I also found out that if you have an appointment & are at Woy Woy, Umina or Ettalong, for a gold coin donation they will send a mini bus to Woy Woy Station & certain pick up points at Ettalong & Umina to take you there & another gold coin gets you taken back.

I have been trying to get a reply from Netgear since February & it has gone from Support Expert to Support Expert with no success because if there is no activity for 7 days your case is closed. Now they answer you tell you to wait for a reply & when 7 days of waiting is up your case is closed, so don't get sick or go to hospital or loose your connection for 7 days or you have to start over again.

Basically if you go to or pass through Griffith, give your taste buds a treat they won't soon forget, stop at Baltardo's & try an apple slice or turnover, a pie, sausage roll or pastie, it basically dose not matter anything you taste will be great.

My wife & I went to the cinema to see The Avengers (Great movie by the way) & I found it embarrassing that in order to get upstairs you have to use the hotel lift which is a bit of a walk from the cinema desk were you have to pay & you have to ask the attendant to give you access to the lift & again to get down. Why can't they put one at the cinema foyer, it would make things a lot simpler & more privacy for the hotel patrons.

On Wednesday 6th June I was installing a new Acer M3970 for a couple & I had a problem with the Wireless Keyboard & Mouse dongle not responding on initial setup, after calling Domayne for help as the computer was about 5 hrs old, I was on hold for a bit, then the staff member I spoke to did not know how to help & I was told a technician would call back with-in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I rang again & was put through to the manager & after 10-20 Minutes it was decided to return to the shop the next day for an exchange if the problem could not be fixed. By an utter fluke I happen to look in side the small usb dongle & found a small bit of plastic over the connector which would explain why it was not registering after removing it the problem was solved. I rang Domayne to speak to the manager & as he was busy ask the person on the phone to get him to call me back. It did not happen either the person forgot to tell him which happens but is still bad or the manager did not want to call & take the chance of being stuck on the phone to an unhappy customer & as I had found out today he was filling in for the normal manager that was of sick, so I think he just did not care as the sale had been made.

I have had three phones from them, the service & assistance given by the staff is great, they do their best to make sure you are comfortable with the phone you have purchased.

I have had three cars & a 25 seater bus cleaned by them & the work done has been great, more then I expected.

We used Justin for our daughters wedding, he's professionalism was amazing. In no time at all he had every thing under control as we had no idea what we wanted in the way of photos. We said for Justin to do what he thought would be nice for us & we were amazed at the end results. We can not thank him enough.

We used them for our daughters wedding & found them to be the cheapest available. The service we received from the driver Ian was greatly appreciated, he helped make a stress full day more relaxed.
