Rented a truck here when I was moving house. Found their rates very competitive and the staff professional and friendly. They get you to check over the vehicle before you leave to ensure it matches their report and therefore there no disputes about damage etc. would be happy to use them again in the future and recommend to others.

I'm a regular renter with Network and that's because I've found them to be great to deal with overall. I was impressed the first time I rented (that was over 2 yrs ago). They go out their way to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. On one occasion I had relatives visit fro interstate and they had a 2yr old child, I needed to hire a child seat as well as he car. When I collected the vehicle the staff memeber adjusted the seat belts on the child seat and fitted it to the car. He didn't have to do that as none of the other companies would go that far. A prefect example that they go the extr bit that the others would even think of.. I reccommend all my friends and family to use Network whenever they need to rent.

I rented and returned a moving van and a proper return inspection was made with everything ok. The van had many bumps and scratches when I rented but was returned without any additional ones. Without my information and knowledge Network Car Rental charged me with the full security deposit 14 days later (after I had returned the van) and claimed I did some damage. Writing to the Customer service in the HQ and contact of the branch itself has led to nothing. The case is closed now with them withholding almost $1000 for an supposed repair.
The staff and service is very unprofessional - I have not received anything in writing nothing that informed that the withhold money nor the repair bill. You get the impression that HOT DEALS are financed via charging renters for supposed damages. Be aware - my recommendation - rent with a professional organization like Hertz, Europcar, Budget or Avis!!!!!

Approximate cost: $80 rent - $1000 for supposed damage!
