This is the first time I used Never Trade Your Car and I must say the reason for giving the founder Tony Gupta 5 stars is he kept his word by saying I am in good hands and that he will sell my car before the end of the month. I will never forget that .I had my car advertised on carsales.com.au for about a month and all I had was about 2 or 3 at the most who contacted me about my Mazda CX 30 however after Tony took over and changed all the pictures, gave it a professional clean and replaced the pictures I had uploaded he had so many who were engaging with him and asking if they could see the car and within just 10-11 days Tony sold my car $4,500 more than what I have been offered by others. I did not lift my finger he did it all for me including the paperwork and collecting the deposit and the final payment till I saw it in my bank account. Now that is what I call a genius. Tony was excellent in handling the whole transaction and it was such a relieve for me. He is the man you need to go to if you are intending to sell your car especially if you are in a hurry like I was .

I went to buy a new car and I was shocked at the way the dealers looked at my car to trade and totally disappointed at the figure they offered me as a trade in. I was moving for work at short notice and needed to sell my car quickly. It had Queensland Registration which made it a little more complicated and less desirable on the NSW market. Last year in November I was in the market to upgrade my Golf to a new Mazda 6. I came across this business from a car which was advertising this business that was parked in St Ives Shopping Centre. I didn't know what they did so I rang them, left a voicemail and was called back in about an hour. Sounded great over the phone so I thought I'd give them a go. I was offered 16K for my trade-in and I was not happy. I was happy to use this company's service as it was pretty effortless for me to just sit back and watch my car being sold without me having to get my hands dirty in the entire process. I saw the ad for Never Trade Your Car at Bondi Westfields... At first I was a bit suspicious to ring them as I thought all people in the car business are dodgy... But when I contacted them via an email enquiry I was called back within 15 minutes... I was glad and was also quite interested in using there service after speaking to Tony on the phone. I was extremely happy that my much loved car was sold by Tony to the very 1st person who came to look at the car in less than 3 days... And not a cent was negotiated down from the asking price. Very impressed with his style, expertise and his business model. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his services to anyone specially females as I am absolutely terrified with the thought of selling a car myself... I had to move overseas late last year due to my work. As everything happened last minute, I had no time to sell my car and I was left with no option but to trade the car in with a dealer for a pathetic price. "Luxury cars are hard to sell at the best of times and when governments change, economic uncertainty makes it all the more difficult. Tony took 27 8 x 10 colour photographs of my car, drew circles and arrows on them and added a paragraph on the back of each one, saying what each one was and the evidence about the great car I had and that's not to mention the aerial photography (someone might recognize the (adapted) riff from Alice's Restaurant?). Tony then posted them on carsales.com.au, re-wrote my ad and we sat back and waited.

Anyway. Tony found a few buyers and some came from the ad. There was a wanker from out west (Abdul or something who offered a stupid price and wasted everyone's time) but It didn't take long to find a sensible couple who flew down from the Gold Coast, test drove my car and bought it.

Tony handled so many details, even had the car detailed on the day and had two microscopic dints fixed (he has a mate who did this in 30 seconds flat - I have no idea how).

I have used this company to both buy a Van for my business and sell my existing van through them, the ease and comfort in both transactions that I felt was amazing. My Van that was sold by Tony needed a bit of Panel work done, Tony organised absolutely everything from picking up the van from me, getting it to the panel beater, getting it fixed then got it detailed and then sold for a great price much more than my expectations.
