This is the first time I used Never Trade Your Car and I must say the reason for giving the founder Tony Gupta 5 stars is he kept his word by saying I am in good hands and that he will sell my car before the end of the month. I will never forget that .I had my car advertised on carsales.com.au for about a month and all I had was about 2 or 3 at the most who contacted me about my Mazda CX 30 however after Tony took over and changed all the pictures, gave it a professional clean and replaced the pictures I had uploaded he had so many who were engaging with him and asking if they could see the car and within just 10-11 days Tony sold my car $4,500 more than what I have been offered by others. I did not lift my finger he did it all for me including the paperwork and collecting the deposit and the final payment till I saw it in my bank account. Now that is what I call a genius. Tony was excellent in handling the whole transaction and it was such a relieve for me. He is the man you need to go to if you are intending to sell your car especially if you are in a hurry like I was .

I went to buy a new car and I was shocked at the way the dealers looked at my car to trade and totally disappointed at the figure they offered me as a trade in. I was moving for work at short notice and needed to sell my car quickly. It had Queensland Registration which made it a little more complicated and less desirable on the NSW market. Being an engineer, I'm pretty busy with work and just did not have the time to invest into selling it. Last year in November I was in the market to upgrade my Golf to a new Mazda 6. I came across this business from a car which was advertising this business that was parked in St Ives Shopping Centre. I didn't know what they did so I rang them, left a voicemail and was called back in about an hour. Sounded great over the phone so I thought I'd give them a go. I was offered 16K for my trade-in and I was not happy. Tony took about 8 weeks( just the right time as I was waiting for my 2014 Mazda 6 to arrive) and found a buyer to pay 22K for my golf just the day before my new car arrived. I am absolutely stoked with this service or else I would have simply traded the car in if Tony would not have got involved and helped me sell my car. I was happy to use this company's service as it was pretty effortless for me to just sit back and watch my car being sold without me having to get my hands dirty in the entire process. I met Tony at a networking event last year and kept his business card to be used at the right time when I am ready to put him to the test. I have now retired and had no use for the second car so gave him a call and in a matter of 4 days of me initiating a contact with him my car was sold at a fairly good price that I was satisfied with. His industry knowledge and expertise to deal with people (specially time wasters and tyre kickers) is exceptional. The car was sold at the asking price and I was extremely impressed with the way he presents the car to potential buyers.
