I do not recommend this business. Poor customer service. Many promises made but not met. Certain concerns I raised over the plans were dismissed, I was told 'you don't need to worry about that'. I was told I would end up with what I wanted - that the builder would be able to do it - e.g. 2m clearance into carport - but because the plans were not changed, the builder could not deviate from them and I ended up with much lower clearance. The builder also had to re-calculate measures on the plans because the outside walls thicknesses were incorrect. Went with this company's recommendations for engineer and inspector, which were not good choices. Best to avoid. Too much potential for problems.
