very delicious yum cha here for the family lunch and gathering. need to book, otherwise you will be queuing up and waiting for a seat.

Had Yum cha there last week and despite a reasonable service, the variety on offer is definitely lagging behind some other establishments. Although a suburban restaurant, there are some that are already a notch above. It is still busy though (which speaks to a loyal clientelle) and pays to make a booking if you do not want to be turned away at the door.

I found it to be a more typical suburban Chinese restaurant than usual, in terms of presentation of the surroundings and tables, taste of the food, and friendliness of staff, which were all good but not very exciting. We had a medium large lobster and a beef with vegetables at a cost of about $200 but paid about $148 because it was paid in cash. The amount of meat on the lobster pieces was not that generous and the food was not as warm as it should have been.

I come here very frequently with my family. We always find that there are so many people queuing up to be seated. But what I like about this place is that food comes out very quickly!

A well established restaurant offering both daily yum cha and a la carte menu. Everything is good here without being astonishing. tables are a little to close to each other and one gets a crowded feeling. As well as the usual yum cha dishes we particularly enjoyed a platter of grilled abalone. If it is available don't miss it. Prices are standard for yum cha. They are licenced too.

The food is pretty delicious. Have been there more than 5 times. The price is comparable to typical Dim Sum restaurants. However, there is long waiting in queue if there was no booking. You have to wait a while to be served as well. Overall, I'm very impressed by the service, especially a humble Manager.

Approximate cost: $25 pax

Went for Yum Cha we just walked in no booking had to wait approx 10mins for a table, probably book next time the resturant was packed, they have a lot of seafood items, not so much meat items. Not easy to sit down at the table, more room to move chair around table be ideal.

This is our third dining experience here, and I have to say I was incredibly disappointed. The service is absolutely horrible. Our first 2 visits weren't really great, but this last one has to be the worst dining experience I have ever had.
We made a booking and came on time, but no one would greet us to our table, they did not even acknowledge we were standing there until a friend had to walk up and ask them to seat us.
We ordered the lobster and a few other dishes; our lobster came fairly quick, about 15 minutes, but after that was taken away, we sat for over 1.5 hours waiting for the rest of our food, which was only 4 stir fry dishes.

The owner saw that some of us were angry, so he came up and made some stupid excuse about running out of ingredients for one of our dishes, which is why they hadn't brought any of the food over, which was obviously a load of crap because they should have let us know a lot sooner instead of waiting 1.5hours to tell us.

We were seated at 7.15, our first dish served at 7.45 and last dish came at 9.30. We must have counted 4 or 5 tables being seated after us and leaving well before us.
We sat through over 2 hours of mediocre food and horrible service, and not once did we get an apology. Waiting staff never once smiled, walked around angrily. One waitress was aggressive and tried to suggest we were just being impatient.

At the end of the meal, they didn't even ask us we were finished so they could clear the table, they just started clearing, even though we still had dishes left on the table.
We are never going back there again, and if you're looking for a good dining experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. It was absolute rubbish.

Best Yum Cha in South Eastern suburbs, great value for money, great variety of food. Like their dinner menu as well, been going there for over 20 years. Can get very noisy when crowded. Have to book as there are always a long queue waiting.

We have been dining here for many years and have enjoyed every dining experience. The owners greet you as relatives, even though we are usually the one of the only "non Asians" in the restaurant. The food is very tasty, and a little goes a long way, so don't over order!

Approximate cost: $14
