Worst customer service
And bad piercer, I'm not allowed to say who it is due to "fairness act" so I'd avoid the whole place
She did a really crooked job
And when told that we were not happy she said that it's fine
We asked for money back and she refused and then said "it's not that bad"
Then said she will pull it out and do it again in an hour
I said unacceptable and took a photo of their policies on the wall and showed them they have polices about correct placement and customer satisfaction
No policy says "no refund"
She screamed out "someone call the police, call security'
All because I took a photo of their policies, which is freedom of information.
After getting a bad piercing
I felt like I was talked to like a lower class person then treated like a criminal for talking sence, then yeah I cannot recommend this place..

I have had several piercings done at this salon and could not praise them enough. No pain , no infections and very helpful and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are happy .

Had my belly button piercing done here and I have to say it was PAINLESS!! The guy who did it was really nice especially as he knew I was nervous. He joked about how it was going to hurt and said he was going to pinch me. Then while I was waiting for the pain to hit he said Ok all done. I couldnt believe it! So fast and pain free. Didnt get infected like Ive seen happen to other people. They also sell some lovely body jewellery. Reasonable prices as well.
