Worst customer service
And bad piercer, I'm not allowed to say who it is due to "fairness act" so I'd avoid the whole place
She did a really crooked job
And when told that we were not happy she said that it's fine
We asked for money back and she refused and then said "it's not that bad"
Then said she will pull it out and do it again in an hour
I said unacceptable and took a photo of their policies on the wall and showed them they have polices about correct placement and customer satisfaction
No policy says "no refund"
She screamed out "someone call the police, call security'
All because I took a photo of their policies, which is freedom of information.
After getting a bad piercing
I felt like I was talked to like a lower class person then treated like a criminal for talking sence, then yeah I cannot recommend this place..
