For starters, I rang to book a consultant and was told I had to send the email inquiry form. They then got confused because I'd rung and left my details as well and sent an inquiry form! Next, the consultant. He was 1 hr late. No phone call, I had to call them. The consultant was very honest, but also very confusing. He would talk about recylcled water and seemlessly talk about rain water without making a distinction between the two until we questioned what he was saying, very confusing. He also did not know his product, there were many questions he admitted he couldn't answer and many he simply did not answer. There was no offer to find out more details for us, no we were told to visit the offices.... Not impressed. I believe they have a great product, but we will never know as we were put off completely by the consultant. They also do not have a working model on show, which is important considering the unit costs over $10,000. Do not go to these people without doing thorough research first!!!
