We just bought a Honda CRV and were amazed by the salesmen there. We chose the extras we wanted and were advised not to pay for some things !
Fantastic service and it was great fun designing our new car which will be unique

Had my motorbikes log book service done but they didn't change the air filter (It is meant to replaced as part of this service). Now I will have to buy one and fit it myself, what a shame they didn't do it like they were supposed too.

Approximate cost: $500

The guys in the motorbike sales and parts area are honestly fantastic - great advice, friendly and don't make you feel like an idiot if you're no pro but great for the experienced rider too. I must say though, special mention goes to the guy in bike service - really into bikes & goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you have - highly recommended which is rare for a factory dealership these days!

I always go to New World Honda for my car's service. The staff are very helpful and I have always had the best service from them. I will continue to go there.

Just had my car serviced, after I had been putting it off for WAY too long. The guys at Honda were very mindful that I wanted to keep costs down as much as possible but didn't want to compromise on any safety issue. They went through everything and only did what was really necessary, flagging what could be held over until next service. They collected me from my house when it was time to collect my car - which had been washed, vacuumed and even the tyres looked new they had been cleaned so thoroughly. Very, very happy.

The sales staff in the motorbike sales and accessories departments are fantastic. They acknowledge you the moment you walk through the door and ask if you need assistance, they way customer service should be. My girlfriend also found the service exceptional, especially as she normally gets ignored by sales staff in most motorbike dealers we go to. The motorbike service department are great, have always fixed what I asked but also made recommendations for better running of my bike unlike any other bike mechanic I have had my bike at.
