I would never recommend the experience I am currently going through with this store, to anyone. I initially put an online order in for some milkshake syrup worth about $30. However, when the order went through there was a problem with the PayPal component of the transaction. So I wrote them an email asking what I should do to rectify this. I got a reply from Anna, one of the owners, telling me to either pay the amount owing on PayPal or, if I didn't have a PayPal account, to create one and then redo the order. Because I had a PayPal account I made the payment (although unfortunately I made a typo in the name, but that wasn't to come out until later). A week passed and the status of my order didn't change so I wrote a second email explaining that I had paid and wondering when my order might be delivered. I received a reply from Peter, the other owner, in quite abusive tone saying why didn't I read the original email which told me to redo the order. I replied and pointed out that this was only one of the options provided in the original response and the one not applicable to me. I also forwarded a copy of my PayPal receipt. He pointed out that had got the email address wrong (I inadvertently added an s to the name) and then started accusing me of being a scammer and reporting me to the AFP, and other organisations that may or may not be real and has continued a stream of vitriolic emails, the last of which I'll reproduce here "Well?
I am waiting for a reply you scamming coward.
Doesn’t surprise me, you haven’t responded yesterday, after I advised I am involving the Police.
Scammers should have their hands chopped off......"
I'm not sure what planet he is living on. I had no idea that $30 worth of milkshake syrup was worthy of designing a scam. Perhaps I've missed a career opportunity here? Anyway, if this is an example of their customer service I would be going a long way or of my way to avoid dealing with them.

The secrets out!! Awesome food from newzealand. Just like you can buy from nz. Love the pies. Especially the fish. Needs a bit more fish the last time we tried though as the time before had more smoked fish. The meat and ice cream is divine. High quality and affordable.highly recommended to all.
