Purchased a car over a year ago, had issues although returned the vehicle under warranty and had the car repaired. Good customer service, was not pushy about the sale. Although we no longer have the car, would recommend Newline autos for customer service and no pressure environment.

I purchased a car from these guys just over 12 months ago,
and i really couldn't ask for anything more from them.
All my questions had been fulfilled with a answer,
the car was well looked after for a 'used' car and
still to this day the car runs like a dream

Thanks Newline Autos

I bought a car 6 years ago from these guys and the service was flawless. Beautiful car which I still drive, fantastic value, and have sent several family and friends to purchase cars through them. Absolutely no problems at all with all vehicles, and currently about to update again through them only.

Approximate cost: $20000

After taking a vehicle for a standard service a month or two after purchasing it from New Line Autos I was told that Turbo was 'damaged beyond repair'. This was verified by a second and completely independent experienced mechanic.

New Line had me return the vehicle to them and they had, what I was later able to establish, their mechanic carry out a token inspection. In his own words the mechanic admitted to me that he did not have the equipment to carry out thorough tests on this vehicles turbo and refused to commit to anything in writing.

Despite two written reports I have been able to obtain from two experienced and independent mechanics New Line maintain that there is nothing wrong with the turbo as it is "cutting in and not leaking oil". The advice from the two mechanics I have consulted is 'don't drive the vehicle - its Turbo is likely to fail and take the engine with it'.

I believe New Line Autos understand that the process a consumer has to go through to bring a complaint such as this to the courts is time consuming and potentially very costly, and are relying on the complexities of this process to avoid their legal obligations under the standard car warranty issued with vehicles purchased in this manner.

I will most certainly be avoiding this Dealer in the future.
New Line have also stated that of all the cases customers have bought against them they have only lost 1.

New and used cars for sale with finance as well if needed. We bought our car through newline auto and found them great to deal with, the car is in great condition (used) and we have had no problems with it over the last 18 plus months.
