I used them some time ago now and found the office staff to be exceptionally rude and I was left wondering who was the customer I have never used the since and AVOID them like the plague

Absolutely avoid at all cost! The dishwasher worker came to fix the dishwasher but the dishwasher worker pulled off all kickboards - even though there is a separate one under the dishwasher, the dishwasher worker tells me then he cannot get them back on straight and leaves the house. Numerous calls to their management. Management staff refuses to send out anyone to fix the kickboards and tells me it was a poor design by the cabinet maker in the first place. Kickboard is still out of alignment and dishwasher cannot open and close properly - thanks for nothing Newman's Appliance repair, will be sure to tell everyone how useless you all are.
