David was a pleasure to do business with. He was very busy so we had to wait for him but we are glad we waited. He was a great communicator and he was very thorough. He did the lot to both our roofs first and second story's. Repointing, re-bedding, replacing broken tiles, cleaning and sealing the tiles and then painting the tiles. He even did some carpentry as he said he needed to so he could ensure the roof was fixed properly. Definitely recommend his service. Thanks David.

Got David came in to do the rebedding nad repointting after his return from overseas. Work almost done before he noticed part of the gutter are rusted and need to be replaced.
He recommended a plumber he work with, but i was thinking to look for 2nd quote for the gutter replacement(which i really should have listened to David and get his plumber do it .), however, after so many efforts and time given to look for someone else, it took me 4 weeks to find a handyman could come in get it done with a reasonable price. But with the whole process I kept updating with David, and he fully understand my situation and did not rush me to get the gutter work done to make his job easier. Really appreciate his understanding and polite friendly attitude for the whole process. Highly recommended his professional work, with reasonable price.

David came on time for both quoting and to do the job. The job was to replace the valleys and re-cement and repoint all the ridge caps. The price was competitive and the quality of work was first class. The thorough cleanup afterward was especially appreciated. We were extremely satisfied with the finished repair. David is a very nice and professional person to deal with and we would highly recommend him.

Old concrete tiled roof pressure cleaned, ridges repointed, valley's resealed, gutter gard removed and refitted, tiles sealed and painted. David did a first class job, and when and in the time he said he would. He answered all/any questions and clearly knew what he was doing. Worked on Saturday too - to complete the job.
