John was quick to reply to my email query on a number of things that needed attention at my place. I contacted two other electricians, one got back to me after 1 week and the other I never heard from. John was also quick to attend to quote the job and provided an emailed quote. He was polite and friendly. John gave good advise on the best way to tackle my lighting and electrical issues. I had LED's in the kitchen and dining, and 2 fans that didnt work a new ceiling fan fitting and change some old light fittings and disconnection of some power outside.John also noted that I needed to upgrade the switchboard which was something I didn't know needed attention. I'm glad that has been done as the family is now much safer as a result. John had to come back after the job was done as a light was faulty. He was able to come back on the day that I contacted him that there was an issue - which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely call John again if/when I require an electrician. Thanks John.

We engaged John to clean our central heating ducts of which we have 8 in total. He was professional and thorough. He has a special brush which allowed him to clean the entire duct system and when the heater was turned on it emitted a lovely tea tree smell. I tend to suffer from dustmites/hayfever, but this was not a problem. John advised that the ducts only need cleaning every few years. When his prices are compared to other duct cleaning services his is far better value as you know the entire duct system is clean and it only needs to be done every few years. Don't get anyone else to clean your ducts. I know I'll have John clean my ducts when the time comes, Thanks John.

Chris installed our new central heating unit and disconnected/removed an old wall heater. I found him to be polite, friendly and professional and when it came to putting in the thermostat he took the time to ensure it was put it in safely which I appreciated. Thanks Chris.

Rob came to service and clean our heaters both the central ducted heating and the wall furnace. He also conducted carbon monoxide tests. Our central heating unit had to be switched off as it was leaking carbon monoxide. He was polite, friendly, punctual and a great communicator. And he cleaned up after he'd attended to our wall furnace. He also provided us with costs for a new central heater should we wish to replace it. An honest and trustworthy tradesman Rob is a pleasure to deal with.

David was a pleasure to do business with. He was very busy so we had to wait for him but we are glad we waited. He was a great communicator and he was very thorough. He did the lot to both our roofs first and second story's. Repointing, re-bedding, replacing broken tiles, cleaning and sealing the tiles and then painting the tiles. He even did some carpentry as he said he needed to so he could ensure the roof was fixed properly. Definitely recommend his service. Thanks David.
