David did a fantastic job on my parents tired old roof of the house in Forest Hill at the end of July,2013.The jobs completed were pressure cleaning,tile replacement,re cementing of all tiles,one coat of seal and two coats of paint on the roof tiles.He was neat ,efficient and friendly and also cleaned up any of the mess.Also he left half a dozen painted spare tiles and a 7 year guarantee. Now the roof looks amazing and everyone who has seen it that's family,friends and strangers have commented how great it is and has completely added value to the house and street appeal.Have no hesitations in contacting David you will not regret it.

I had water coming through light fitting after heavy consistent rain. I found David from NGRR on www.womo.com.au and even though he had other jobs booked he managed to come out same day and fix the issue (cracked roof tiles). David thoroughly explained the issue and what he would need to do to fix this, very helpful by providing genuine advice, reasonably priced and brilliant service. I would highly recommend David for any roofing issues/jobs.

We were experiencing minor leaks during heavy downpour and a roof repair was in order. The first mob I found through a booth set up at a local shopping centre (lets call them TG). I had also previously seen them talking to locals in the area, so I thought I might give them a shot. After the salesman from this company left, I was given with two options A. rebed/repair for around $7000 or B. rebed/repair and respray for $11,000. As I thought it was a bit steep I headed over here to womo and was encouraged to see how many positive reviews were left for Next Generation, so it was in my interest to get them out for a quote. To my surprise David was free in the afternoon and came over promptly. His friendly and helpful advice could not be more different than the one given by the first company. I was educated by David that spraying is purely cosmetic and would not increase strength of the tiles. The first company was telling me it would make my brittle tiles stronger. The guy even told me he could hear how brittle my tiles were when he was walking on them! would a load of #$#P!. David's quote come down to $3400 for a repair/rebed including replacing two zinc valleys or $7xxx to respray as well. As you can see this was a lot cheaper than the other company and based on what David told me, I had no need to respray since we were only interested in stopping the water leaks. At no stage did he try to upsell or feed me information in the hope that I would buy out of fear. The also did not trash talk the other companies which I found very commendable. The wait for David's service was over 6 weeks due to the wet Melbourne weather, but the resulting job was done to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend David to my friends and family at a drop. I just wish there were more operators like him that offer a product and service at a reasonable price without charging a premium and feeding people dubious information and scaring them into paying extra.

We needed major work done on our two storey house, there were cracked tiles, incomplete capping and in massive disrepair.

David came in with a very competitive quote, with good references and did a fantastic job. Worked on weekends, late evening, whatever it took to get the job done as quickly and professionally as possible.

I had a roof restoration, repair and clean on 1950's ceramic tile roof. It was quite damaged and leaking in places. Before David even won the job he jumped up on the roof to see if he could repair a persistent leak. David quickly prepared a quote on the spot and gave me options. I had other people out to give quotes but David was the most efficient, professional and happened to also be the best value. I had to wait for a little while before we had the money and he was not booked up, but that just proved that he was popular. Highly recommend David.

I needed my roof repaired but wasn't quite sure what I needed. I got over 5 quotes and David stood out from the rest in terms of his knowledge and advise. He gave me a few options and a quote. David was careful and showed his expertise in re-bedding, replacing all the damaged tiles, re-pointing and replacing the valley.
He was reliable, always turned up on time, cleaned up and put in the extra effort to produce a perfect job. He prides himself in doing a great job and I must say the roof looks great and the finish is a lot better than some of my neighbours. He is honest, efficient and doesn't cut corners. Great job I would highly recommend him.

We had a leak in our roof that appeared to be coming through the corner of our skylight. A few handymen had been up previously and tried to prevent the leak, but we found that it only leaked a few days after heavy rain. On this occasion, we hadn't had any rain for days and the skylight leaked consistently. I rang Next Generation who already had an idea what it could be prior to coming out. It was a busy time for David, but he still managed to fit us in and inspect the roof. He took some photos of the issue and gave us a quote. We accepted and the leak was fixed on the spot. We were provided with a full explanation of the issue and how to best prevent it. He even returned a week or two later with some spare roof tiles in case we needed them.

I found his service to be extremely efficiently, very professional and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for any job in his capability. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy, something that I never seem to find in tradespeople these days! Thank you so much David!!

Our roof was in a bad state with major bedding issues after previous poor repairs. David was meticulous in re-bedding, replacing all the damaged tiles, re-pointing and doing the valleys. He also rectified issues with the way the roof had been originally built 70 years ago. Always friendly and courteous, he did a daily tidy-up and a thorough cleanup at the end.
