From day one Nick communicated a clear proposal to deliver a new bathroom and toilet to our family home. Due to the size, we didn’t have many options however Nick and the team carefully engineered a layout which has just blown our expectations.

We recently used Nick to renovate our en-suite, walk-in robe and powder room. We have been very happy with Nick and his team's service and quality. No doubt you’ve read positive reviews for various tradespeople, but if you want top notch workmanship combined with five-star service, do yourself a favour and hire Nezza Tiling for ALL of your tiling needs.

I immediately had a great feeling about Nezza Tiling when Nick arrived at my unit at the exact time we had organised an initial site inspection. Three other tilers I had arranged to meet either failed to show up or arrived hours later.

On his first visit, Nick offered expert advice and provided me with a highly detailed quotation for the job.

Despite a busy schedule, Nick was able to fit me in and promptly began working on the bathroom. He was available every step of the way to answer my many questions (both tiling and otherwise) and helped make the stressful renovation during COVID-19 a pleasant experience.

The biggest takeaway for me throughout the whole process was that Nick and his team genuinely cared about the outcome of the bathroom and did everything in their power to make my dream a reality. This was proven one evening when Nick spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me attempting to problem solve a plumbing issue which had arisen. He made himself available while eating dinner to talk me through my options. You honestly can’t wish for better service!

We had a leaking shower that had to be re waterproofed and retiled, we had had a previous bad experience with a different company that did our other shower, however this was so not the case with Nick and his team.
Right from the start they were courteous , always kept me up to date regarding when they were coming and worked ,quietly always cleaned up after and generally did a great job with the tiling and waterproofing , very thorough. We love our new bathroom! Nick and his team did an absolutely fabulous job with our bathroom renovation (which included full demolition, floor joist repair and new window installation as well). Nick is a highly skilled craftsman who takes a great deal of care and pride in his work. He is an excellent communicator, always listened to our needs and came up with some great suggestions to tweak the design for an even better result. We have been wanting to renovate for a long time, but were hesistant as to choosing tradies and coordinating the rather daunting task of renovating. Started our bathroom in August and didn’t finish till November. There were a few mistakes along the way with the trades, Nick was always very apologetic and right onto it when things went wrong however the trades he uses were a bit hit and miss. We were meant to do the second bathroom with him but due to continued delays went elsewhere. Nicks tiling however was great and overall bathroom looks good

We found Nezza Tiling and Bathroom Renovations by word of mouth from friends who recommended them. We were very pleased that had done so. Nick proved to be a very good listener, good adviser and good project manager. He always supervised his staff and contractors carefully, cleaned up at the end of each day and ensured that we were content with the progress of the renovations. We had two bathrooms and a small kitchenette renovated and the end result is brilliant. The whole process took four weeks from start to finish. Ahead of time, we had visited a tile supplier and chosen our tiles, tap ware supplier and chosen our preferred accessories and a cabinet maker to chose our cabinet finishes. Nick provided all contacts and they all performed professionally. He also ensured that the whole job flowed smoothly. We appreciated his calm and polite manner throughout.
