5 stars worth 10 excellent service for a difficult job prompt keeping us informed

Not recommended - there are better ones out there. They came to simply install a new gas cook top and unblock our shower and ended up flooding the bathroom, the laundry, storage cupboard, study, hallway, entrance and garage. Our regular plumber wasn't available so we tried Nick The Plumber on recommendation from a neighbor who are friends with them. They gave us a quote and promised that a Plumbing Compliance Certificate will be provided as part of the quoted costs (for the installation of the gas cook top). But then at the end, they charged us much much more than quoted. We argued with them for a while, but they were really rude to us. And also after they finished, they wanted an extra cash payment if they were to supply us with the Compliance Certificate. Our usual regular plumber were also shocked at their charges and the mess they made, I will never use them again.
