I have been a customer for over 2 years, I won their monthly raffle and have now accumulated $1300 to redeem as vouchers. So far though, they have only approved 1 $100 Prouds E-voucher out of my countless applications. Yes, you have to "apply" to redeem your earnings.

I have been scanning my shopping now for quite a number of years and every year I have enough points to reward myself with a visa card for $150 or ,more dependding if I do competitions I find that while it takes me at least 2 to 3 hours of scanning as I have Parkinsons it is very good therapy as I have to find goods, match them on my docket.I find it is helpful when I pack my pantry as I put the scanned good into shelf groups which make it quicker when I put away.I also find any thing not charged at right price or if I have left a bag of groceries behind.

The application takes a while but if you are accepted it's totally worth your time.

I only signed up about 2 months ago and have already received $40 worth of vouchers ( some for shopping and some for recommending others to the panel) I've joined a lot of other survey companies and got nothing for answering a zillion surveys - this is so easy - all you have to do is scan any purchases on an app on your phone. Love it.

Once you join you will be sent a scanner and you earn points just for scanning your groceries!! You could also participate in various competitions too. Also you get points awarded for birthdays of each member of yr household.The staff is very prompt with any query you may have.The downside is that you have to set up the scanner yourself.(Link it to your phone line).And also it is difficult to become a member if you don't meet the criteria they are looking for..other than that it is a great panel where you could earn points easily!!

it took forever for the download to go through onto my computer adn to earn anything it has to stay on the computer for a minimum of 30 days however once i downloaded the stuff needed by them my computer starting going really slow so after about 3 weeks of frustration i had to take it off and couldnt earn anything.

The equipment was installed in a very professional manner. It was free to join and I have received rewards for my involvement with this organisation. It is very enjoyable and worthwhile.

After half an hour of filling out a detailed online form to become a member for consumer ratings to obtain reward points, my application was rejected for the reason I was socially/demographically common and therefore not acceptable. If they only wanted members who were power-purchasers they should have stated it. They have all my household and personal details.
