After half an hour of filling out a detailed online form to become a member for consumer ratings to obtain reward points, my application was rejected for the reason I was socially/demographically common and therefore not acceptable. If they only wanted members who were power-purchasers they should have stated it. They have all my household and personal details.

Phone contact many times a year for general banking inquiries. Uninterested staff, sometimes distant. Transferred several times. Waiting in between. Very high fees on accounts, even when overdrawn by a few dollars. Numerous fees.
